Write to hei@esigner.no, or use the support page of your country's website (the Support column below), which has a contact form and answers to common questions. Tell us which country's website your account is on and, if it is about a signing, the name of the document.
Connect esigner to ChatGPT
Find esigner in the ChatGPT app directory and connect it. You are taken to the esigner website for your country — if your account is on another country's, choose it there — then sign in the way you usually do and approve the connection. Then ask ChatGPT to send a document for signing.
Connect esigner to Claude
In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and add a custom connector with the address from the AI page of your country's website (the AI assistants column below). Sign in and approve the connection. It works in Claude on the web, Claude Desktop and Claude Code.
What a connected assistant can do
It can send documents for signing from your account, read the status of your own signings, remind a signer who has not signed yet and tell you how many signatures you have left. It cannot buy, change or cancel a plan, see other people's documents, change your account settings or delete your account. Nothing is bought in the chat.
Disconnect an assistant
Sign in on your country's website, open Account → Profile and remove the assistant under Connected apps. Its access ends at once. You can also remove esigner in the assistant's own settings.
Delete your account
See Delete your account. Deleting the app or disconnecting an assistant does not delete your account.

Each country's website
Your account belongs to the website of the country you chose in the app or when you connected an assistant. Its own privacy policy and terms apply to everything you do there.
